– (1) According to rule 4, if it is possible and appropriate to implement the project with private investment, the Government of Nepal will approve the implementation of such project with private investment.
(2) When approving according to sub-rule (1), if it is deemed appropriate to implement more than one project of the same nature under any ministry, the Government of Nepal shall also set the priority of such project.
(3) Before approving the implementation of the project according to sub-rule (1), the Government of Nepal, if deemed necessary, may understand more about the project with the Ministry.
(4) If it is necessary to study more things related to a project, the Government of Nepal should send the same in writing to the relevant ministry.
(5) If the project is approved by the Government of Nepal according to sub-rule (1), the Ministry shall publish its notice in at least two major newspapers published within Nepal for the information of the general public and if possible put such notice on the website.
